Terms of Play

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in lottery games in your jurisdiction to play ZAM818. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. How the game works

ZAM818 runs weekday draws — Monday Special, Lucky Tuesday, Midweek, Fortune Thursday, and Friday Bonanza — each closing at 20:00 CAT on its scheduled day. No draws are held on Saturday or Sunday.

• Direct 1–5: choose between one and five numbers from 1–45, depending on the game type selected.
• Numbers can be chosen manually or generated using the auto-select feature.
• Winning numbers are drawn independently for each scheduled game.

3. Purchasing tickets

Tickets may be purchased through our website or by dialling *818#. Each line has a minimum stake of ZMW 5 and a maximum stake of ZMW 200. Ticket purchases are final once payment is confirmed and cannot be cancelled or refunded except as required by law.

4. Payment & mobile money

Payments are made via supported mobile money providers (currently MTN MoMo and Airtel Money). You are responsible for ensuring the mobile number and account used belong to you and have sufficient funds. ZAM818 is not responsible for failed transactions caused by your mobile money provider or network operator.

5. Draws & results

Draw results are published on our website and other official channels shortly after each draw closes. Official results, as recorded by ZAM818, are final and binding for the purposes of determining winners.

6. Prizes & payouts

Payouts are calculated based on the game type, numbers matched, and stake amount, using our official payout tables. Estimated winnings shown while building a ticket are for guidance only; official payout tables apply at the time of the draw. Prizes are typically paid to the mobile money account used to purchase the winning ticket, subject to verification.

7. Responsible play

ZAM818 is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as a source of income. Please set a personal limit before playing and never use funds needed for essential expenses. Support resources are available on our Responsible Play page.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the draw process or platform.
• Using another person's mobile money account or identity to purchase tickets.
• Purchasing tickets on behalf of, or providing access to, anyone under the age of 18.
• Using automated tools or bots to purchase tickets at scale in violation of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAM818 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses caused by network outages, mobile money provider issues, or incorrect information entered by you.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ZAM818 for any account found to be in breach of these terms, engaged in fraud, or used by someone under the age of 18.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia and applicable national lottery regulations. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ZAM818 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
