Tools to help you stay in control
Use limits and breaks to keep play within boundaries you choose in advance.
Stake limits
Set a daily or weekly maximum spend on your account. Once your limit is reached, no further tickets can be purchased until the limit period resets.
Take a break
Step away from play for a period by setting a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account will be suspended.
Self-exclusion
If you want a longer break or want to stop playing entirely, you can self-exclude your account for a minimum period of 3 months by contacting support.
